Pre Easter Road Trip List!

Going through a checklist before departing for the Easter and Anzac Day long weekends is a great idea.

This will ensure that your car is in top condition for the trip.

Here are a few things to check:

- Ensure your brake, indicators, headlights, number plate, and fog lights are working correctly.

Check your tyres, including the spare tyre, to ensure they are correctly inflated and not worn or cracked.

- Make sure there are no warning lights on your dashboard.

- Check that your exhaust has no visible smoke emissions.

- Inspect your windscreen and mirrors for scratches, chips, and cracks, and make sure your wipers and washers are working.

- Check your engine oil and fluid levels to ensure they are at the recommended level and that there are no oil leaks where the car is parked.

- Have your brakes inspected for pad depth and disk wear.

- Ensure your seat belts and child car seats are correctly fitted and adjusted.
